Delivery Times

Standard Delivery (UK)
Estimated delivery: Next Business Day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or peak periods.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually processed and dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed:

  • After 4:00 PM

  • On weekends

  • On public holidays

will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated international delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other local charges are not included in your order total.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order, as charges can vary significantly by country.

HardRift is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the courier's website.
